At Habitat for Humanity Greater Vancouver ReStores, your purchases support local affordable housing initiatives, and while all sales are generally final, we offer limited returns on select items to ensure your satisfaction. Items eligible for return must be in their original condition and accompanied by a valid receipt within 7 days of purchase.

Return Process

    Ensure your item is eligible for return by checking that it is in its original, uninstalled condition and was purchased within the last 7 days.

    Locate Your Receipt

    Gather your original printed or digital receipt, as proof of purchase is mandatory for all processing at our ReStore locations.

  • 3.
    Visit the ReStore

    Bring the item back to the specific Greater Vancouver ReStore location where the original transaction took place.

  • 4.
    Receive Store Credit

    Once approved by our team, you will be issued a store credit or exchange to be used toward your next home improvement treasure.
